Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Final Sale, Limited Edition, Exclusive, or Custom items cannot be returned or refunded.

Time Frame

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once your return label has been issued, please ship the items back within 5 business days.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them for quality.

Please allow up to 15 working days for us to process your refund after receiving your return.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at checkout.

After approval, your refund will be credited back to your bank account within 7–15 days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees may not be refunded.

Exchanges

At this time, direct exchanges are not supported. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item you received is defective or incorrect, the cost and risk of return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.
