Free Shipping Threshold

ANTA Members: Free standard shipping on orders over €60. [Sign up]

Non-Members: Free standard shipping on orders over €99.

Orders below the free-shipping threshold incur a €5 standard delivery fee.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 AM CET will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination country. Expedited shipping options may be added in the future.

Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped within the EU include VAT. No additional import fees will be charged on delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Final Sale, Limited Edition, Exclusive or Custom items are non-returnable.

Timeframe: Request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Ship back within 5 business days after receiving the return label.

Process: Start via our online Returns & Exchanges portal.

Refunds: Allow up to 15 working days for receipt, inspection and refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees may not be refunded.

Exchanges: Currently, exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order.

Customer Responsibility

Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
